Before you pay
Confirm the compatible customer build, your broker and account, licence scope, delivery date and refund terms with our team in writing. The current installed test package is restricted to a specific simulated account and is not a customer release. There is no instant public download.
Your broker, checked first.
You can request a check for your chosen MT5 broker. The current technical scope is Windows MT5, a USD hedging account and an actual XAU/USD gold contract on M1. We check contract metadata rather than relying on names such as XAUUSDm, XAUUSD or GOLD.
Before purchase, confirm the broker/server name, account currency and hedging mode, exact gold symbol, minimum/maximum lot and lot step, partial and remaining volumes, order filling, stop limits and execution. Netting, cent and non-USD accounts are outside this candidate’s current scope.
A read-only technical preflight can check your environment without placing a trade or collecting passwords, balance, login number or trade history. It does not activate the bot or approve a broker. Broker eligibility and a validated customer build remain separate checks; MT5 availability alone is not a trust certification.
Prepare your computer
Have your Windows computer and broker-provided MetaTrader 5 desktop installation ready, with stable internet. A phone can join the call, but cannot replace the desktop installation. Confirm your broker, server, gold symbol and account type with the team; compatibility is checked for your specific setup.
Check the invitation
We agree the date and timezone with you before assigning a slot. Your confirmed session appears on your order-status page in the browser where you started checkout. Save its calendar reminder and use the joining link supplied by our team. Contact us if you need to reschedule.
Install the confirmed package together
During the session, we verify the release version and your licence, then guide you through placing the confirmed compiled file in MT5’s
MQL5/Expertsfolder and attaching it from Navigator to the agreed chart. We review the symbol, timeframe, inputs, timezone and operating controls with you.Installation starts with automated trading disabled. Enabling trading is a separate decision you make after the agreed checks. An installation check does not require placing a trade.
Save your handover
Keep your release version, installation guide, agreed settings and written licence/support terms. We show you where to find operating status and logs, how to stop new entries, and how to contact support. An idle chart can mean there is no qualifying signal.
Keep credentials private
Enter passwords yourself and close sensitive windows before screen sharing. Never send wallet seeds, private keys or trading passwords. Any screen sharing is by your agreement during the session; this form does not authorize unattended access.
