We collect your full name, email address and phone number with country calling code to record your MG1.0 order, match its payment and contact you about your live setup session.
Where the information goes
Contact details are stored in the website’s private order database hosted on Cloudflare. NOWPayments processes the crypto payment using your unique order reference. We do not place your contact information in public invoice descriptions or URLs.
Contact and scheduling
Our team uses the details to verify payment and contact you by email or phone/WhatsApp to agree a setup slot and share joining instructions. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing or automatically reserve an appointment.
Your control
For an order inquiry, correction or deletion request, email [email protected] with your order reference. Our team will review your request and respond. Never submit wallet seeds, private keys or trading passwords in the order form.

Compatibility enquiries
The compatibility form saves your name, email, broker name, enquiry reference, contact permission and a limited campaign source label in our private Cloudflare database. It is separate from an order and does not create an invoice, make a payment, reserve an appointment or subscribe you to marketing. Our team reviews the enquiry and replies manually.
Website activity and sales counts
We record limited first-party activity counts, such as product views, compatibility form starts, walkthrough interactions and checkout starts. Activity requests use a random event reference to avoid recording the same submitted event twice. We do not use a persistent visitor identifier, store full referring URLs, or put names, emails or phone numbers into these activity events. A small set of campaign labels can remain in your browser tab’s session storage to tell us which published link led to an enquiry.
Optional activity collection respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Verified purchase and refund counts are recorded from provider-verified order updates, using the existing private order reference. They are separate from browser activity and are not inferred from a payment redirect. Contact details and order/enquiry management remain private.
Activity older than 90 days is purged when new activity is recorded or the private report is loaded; contact and order records are reviewed for their support and record-keeping purpose. Ask our team about access, correction or deletion using the contact information above. Do not include passwords or wallet keys in a request.
